Why Us?

Endurance Fence Solutions, LLC (EFS) was formed from the belief that we will provide exceptional service and quality for a fair price. We are a small, locally owned business that focuses on quality over quantity. Servicing the greater Triangle area in North Carolina, EFS offers installation on a full line of aluminum, vinyl, chain link and wood fence products.

Customers are our lifeblood.  Big job or small job….it doesn’t matter.  We want every customer to be happy that they chose EFS for their project.  Our crews are some of the best in the business. Each one of them is very respectful, courteous, professional and they all have years of experience.

Meet Holly (People Greeter):

Holly started with EFS on day 1.  Her responsibilities include saying hello to all who enter the office, cruising around to job sites with our owner, inspecting bags of food and protecting co-workers from the squirrels in the office backyard.

Holly's best attribute is her love for people. If she sees a customer heading toward the office she excitedly waits at the door with her tail wagging.

Off hours, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, snacking, and going for walks.

Meet PJ (General Manager):

PJ started with EFS in April 2021 as our Office Manager. She brings a wealth of office and administrative knowledge to the team. Her responsibilities include customer relations, scheduling estimate consultations, tracking job progress from approval to installation and keeping the office running as smoothly as possible. While she is new to the fencing industry, she has over 30 years of experience in customer service.

PJ grew up in NC and has just moved back after living in CA and AZ for last 10 years. She and her husband live near the Holly Springs area with their 3 rescue dogs, Ruby, Rosie and Jack. Their daughter, MacKenzie, is currently living in St. George, UT where she graduated from college in December 2020. PJ is excited to be back in NC and is looking forward spending time with friends and family.

Meet Orlando (Operations Manager):

Orlando started with EFS in February 2021 as our Operations Manager. He brings an incredible amount of fencing knowledge to the team. His main responsibility is scheduling and keeping the work flow humming along as smooth as possible. Orlando has almost 10 years of installation and operations experience.

Originally from NJ, Orlando settled into the Triangle area with his wife and 3 children. He is an Air Force veteran and holds a first degree black belt in American Karate-Do.

Meet Maribel (Customer Advocate)

There is something about Maribel that won us over when we interviewed her.  She is a quick learner and has a genuine heart.  She is often the first voice a customer will hear when they call us.  Her responsibilities include customer service, scheduling, recording transactions and project flow.

Maribel moved to NC from NYC with her family in 2012.   She has experience working at animal hospitals but found an interest in learning about office administration, which led her to EFS.

Her hobbies include reading thriller novels, pet sitting and traveling.  Maribel has plans to expand her pet sitting business and file for an LLC.

Meet Brian (Residential Sales Rep):

Brian started with Endurance Fence in April 2021 as our Residential Sales Representative. He is the first face our customers see and works to quickly develop a trusting relationship with each client. Brian will meet with customers on site for estimates, prepare their job quote and work with each customer to get their fence project under way.

Brian is new to the fence business but has 30 years of operations experience in the printing and paper field. With that kind of experience he understands the need to be truthful to our customers. He knows operations will have to fulfill his promises to the customer and his word is on the line. He’s honest, thorough and has a great sense of humor.

Brian grew up in Ohio but has lived in NC for 20 years and resides in Holly Springs with his wife. They have 2 daughters. One is a recent graduate and the other is a current student at Western Carolina University. If you have an hour or two of time please ask him about Led Zeppelin being the greatest band in the history of the universe.

Meet Rashaad (Field Tech):

Rashaad started working for EFS in Feb 2021. Originally from NJ, he settled into NC in 2011. He has sales, retail and mechanical experience on his resume. Here his responsibilities include customer relations, installations, warranty work, deliveries and inventory management.

On his down time he loves working out and playing basketball. Rashaad has been a wonderful addition to our team!

Meet Brandon (Project Support):

Brandon started with EFS in June 2020. His main responsibilities include submitting tickets for utilities to be marked (811's), reconciling sales orders from vendors, and updating the constant changes in material pricing. His focus is to make sure we can start our jobs on time and making sure the materials will be correct in quantities and pricing.

Prior to EFS, Brandon worked for Walgreens and served for 10 years on the Board of Directors for the ARC of NC. He grew up in the area and graduated from FVHS in 2006.

On his down time he enjoys running with friends, NASCAR, country music and Mountain Dews.

Meet Jose  (Field Supervisor):

Jose started with Endurance Fence in November 2022. It didn't take him long to make a positive impact and impress us with his knowledge, hard work and skill set. He moved from New Jersey in the summer of 2022 and has worked in many different fields. He enjoys working with his hands and power tools. Particularly, Jose likes designing and fabricating creations from nothing. He states that work with Endurance Fence has been great and it has allowed him to sharpen his skills and put his knowledge to work.  We all look forward to Jose growing his role within the company!

Meet Wendy (Project Coordinator):

Wendy started with EFS in February 2022. As our Customer Advocate, her main responsibility is making sure no job stalls. She works for the customer and pushes each job forward. Wendy is one of the main reasons we can turnaround jobs so quickly. Her duties include material ordering, drafting layouts, customer communication, managing data and assisting with quotes. Wendy is a strong leader and exudes joy. We are lucky to have her on our team.

Wendy grew up as a navy brat spending her childhood along the coasts of the Atlantic, Pacific and the Gulf. She is an avid runner and can frequently be seen blowing past you as warp speed. Is there a holiday that needs celebrating? She has a plan. Fat Tuesday...she brought king cake. St. Paddy's day...she brought leprechaun hats and green beaded necklaces. Holidays are more exciting around the office now thanks to Wendy! She is truly one of a kind.
